Welcome to 2gether (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our platform, mobile app, or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

 

 

2. Eligibility & Registration

 

To use 2gether, you must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum age in your local jurisdiction.

You agree to:

 

  • Provide accurate, complete registration information.

  • Keep your account credentials secure.

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

 

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.

 

 

3. Acceptable Use Policy

 

You may not use 2gether to:

 

  • Harass, threaten, or harm others.

  • Post or share content that is hateful, discriminatory, abusive, or illegal.

  • Impersonate individuals or misrepresent affiliations.

  • Spam, advertise, or solicit without permission.

  • Exploit, scrape, or abuse our systems.

 

We reserve the right to suspend or ban any account for any reason, without prior notice.

 

 

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

 

By posting or submitting content (including 2gether titles, images, descriptions, events, chats, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and perpetual licence to use, host, display, share, modify, and distribute your content within the 2gether platform and for marketing purposes.

 

You agree:

 

  • You are solely responsible for your content.

  • You will not post content that infringes on intellectual property or violates laws.

  • If you delete your account, your shared content may still remain accessible by others (e.g. within 2gethers).

  • Some user-generated content (like 2gethers and usernames) may be visible to non-registered users inside the app

 

We may remove or block any content at our sole discretion.

 

 

5. Messaging, Circles & Group Interactions

 

Private and group chats are visible to all participants. Do not assume messages are private or encrypted.

You are responsible for your conduct in messages, 2gethers, and interactions.

We may monitor communications to ensure community safety and Terms compliance.

 

 

6. Real-Life Meetups & Liability Waiver

 

2gether enables real-life interactions, but we do not verify, endorse, or control 2gethers, events, or meetups.

 

By using 2gether, you agree:

 

  • You meet others at your own risk.

  • We are not responsible for harm, loss, injury, theft, harassment, or disputes between users.

 

We do not screen users, verify their identity, or guarantee safety. You must take your own precautions.

 

 

7. Data Collection & Use

 

Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data.

 

We comply with the UK GDPR and UK Data Protection Act 2018.

  • By using 2gether, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • Guest users may view public-facing data.

  • No personal data is collected from guests unless they sign up.

8. Termination & Suspension

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, content, or access at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or explanation.

 

You may delete your account at any time. Some data (e.g. shared 2gether content) may remain accessible by other users.

 

We do not guarantee account reinstatement. There is no right to appeal. You may contact support, but we are not obligated to respond or reactivate your account.

 

 

9. Monetisation, Payments & Future Features

 

While 2gether currently does not offer paid 2gethers or subscriptions, we may introduce monetisation features in the future.

We reserve the right to:

 

  • Allow users to charge for access to 2gethers, content, or features.

  • Collect fees or commissions from such transactions.

  • Change pricing, fees, or access models at any time without prior notice.

 

Refunds, subscriptions, and payment policies will be published at the time of rollout. Until then, no payment features are offered or supported.

 

 

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

 

We provide 2gether “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the platform will be error-free, always available, or secure.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

  • We are not liable for any damages, loss, or harm from using 2gether or attending events via the platform.

  • We are not responsible for what happens at real-life meetups.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or disputes with other users.

 

Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of:

 

  • £100, or

  • The amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

 

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

 

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting our support team.

If we are unable to resolve it, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may also offer mediation or arbitration as a preferred first step before litigation.

 

 

12. Changes to These Terms

 

We may change or update these Terms at any time.

We’ll update the “Last Updated” date when we do.

By continuing to use 2gether after changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
