We're sorry to see you go. Please read the information below carefully,

Before You Delete Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you delete your account, you will lose access to:

  • All your personal data and settings

  • User-generated content (photos, messages, 2gethers)

  • Connections within the app

⚠️ Important Notice

This action is irreversible. We cannot recover your account or data once it has been deleted. Please consider temporarily deactivating your account instead if you're unsure.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Within 30 days of your deletion request, we will:

  • Permanently delete your personal information from our servers

  • Remove your profile and associated content

  • Send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Some data may be retained for legal compliance, security purposes, or fraud prevention as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Alternative Options

Consider these alternatives before permanent deletion:

  • Temporary Deactivation: Hide your profile without losing data

  • Privacy Settings: Adjust who can see your information

  • Contact Support: We may be able to help resolve any issues

Delete from 2gether's Settings

  1. Sign in to the app

  2. Go to your profile

  3. Go to Settings

  4. Go to Privacy & Security

  5. Scroll to the bottom and tap Deactivate Account

  6. Select Delete Account
